This website’s privacy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This page covers the Flicco website, flicco.io: its pages about our games, the news sign-up and the contact forms. Each game has its own privacy page: Flicco Football and Flicco Manager.

The website is run by Flicco Games Ltd (company number 17506476), First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW, United Kingdom (“we”). We collect as little as we can.

The Flicco news, and waitlists

If you sign up, we keep your email address, the games you asked to hear about, that you told us you’re 13 or over, the page you signed up on and when. We use them only to send you the Flicco news you asked for, and to tell you when a game you’re waiting for is ready. Every email has a link to stop them, and you can email us to be taken off.

We keep your sign-up until you stop the emails or ask us to take you off.

Messages and schools

If you send us a message, or register a school’s interest, we keep what you wrote in the form: your name, email and message, and for a school, its name, your role and your year groups. We use them only to reply to you and, for schools, to get in touch about trying Flicco. We keep them for up to two years after we last hear from you.

Visits to the site

The site uses no cookies and no adverts, and follows nobody around the web. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. To stop the forms being misused, we briefly keep a scrambled form of your connection’s address, which changes every day and can’t be turned back into it.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare runs the website and stores sign-ups and messages.
  • Kit (kit.com) sends the Flicco news, and holds the sign-ups it sends to.
  • Twilio SendGrid passes the messages you send us on to our inbox.

Some of these companies may handle data outside the UK; where they do, they’re bound by the UK’s approved safeguards. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else.

Why we can use it

We send the news because you asked for it (your consent, which you can take back at any time by stopping the emails). We reply to messages and schools because you asked us to get in touch. Keeping the forms safe from misuse is in our legitimate interest.

Children

The news and the contact form are for people aged 13 or over. Younger players can ask a parent or carer to sign up for them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
